DATA PROTECTION OFFICER (DPO) pursuant to art. 37 – 39 of EU Reg. 2016/679 – the Data Controller does not fall within the mandatory designation perimeter of the DPO.

With the exception of what is specified for browsing data which are necessary in order to allow browsing of the website, users are free to provide their personal data, and their failure to provide it may solely make it impossible to obtain the information or services requested and provided through this website.
The personal data provided will be communicated to employees or assistants acting under the authority of the Data Controller (Article 29 of EU Reg. 2016/679), for the purposes listed above and also to companies belonging to the Group (including Paglieri Spa).
In order to comply with existing contracts or related purposes, your data will be processed by companies contractually linked to the Data Controller and in particular to: - subjects that provide services for the management of the information system and telecommunications networks used by the Data Controller (including e-mail, the web platform, the sending of newsletters); professionals or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships; competent authorities for the fulfilment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.
The subjects belonging to the above categories perform the function of Data Processor, or act independently as separate Data Controllers. The list of Data Processors is constantly updated and available by writing to or at the Data Controller’s registered office.
The personal data provided will not be transferred outside the European Union.
You may assert your rights as expressed in articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, by sending an e-mail to or by writing to the headquarters of the Data Controller indicated above.
In particular, you have the right, at any time, to obtain from the Data Controller access to your personal data and request information relating to the processing, as well as to rectify or delete your personal data, or limit their processing.
Furthermore, in the cases provided for, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data (including automated processing, e.g. profiling), as well as to revoke any consent given, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to the revocation.
You have the right to the portability of your personal data and in this case the Data Controller will provide you with the personal data concerning you in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device.
If you believe that the processing of personal data carried out by the Data Controller is in violation of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Guarantor, or to submit a complaint to the appropriate judicial authorities.
The Data Controller reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this privacy policy at its discretion and at any time. In order to facilitate this verification, the information notice will specify the date it was last updated.
